Call (814) 983-6780 or email fquinn12@twc.com. Tell us your child's age and the days you need. We'll talk through what you're looking for. From there, we can set up a time to see the room.
Tour the room
You'll see the classroom your child would join. The teachers who run it will be there. Ask them anything — about the schedule, the routines, how they handle meals and rest. It is a chance to picture your child in the room.
Enroll and settle in
We complete the enrollment paperwork together. Then we plan a first week that suits your child's routine. We might start with shorter days and build from there. You'll know what to expect before you leave.
What to have ready
Most families gather a few things before the first day. You'll need enrollment forms, a health form and immunization record, emergency contacts, and a list of people authorized to pick up your child. It helps to have these ready before you enroll. We can tell you exactly what's needed for your child's age.
Pack a change of clothes for your child, in case of spills or weather. Outdoor gear for the season — a jacket, boots, a hat. Nap items if your child rests: a small blanket, maybe a sheet. A comfort object from home can help, too. Label everything with your child's name.
Before the first day, think about your drop-off routine. Who will bring your child, and at what time. Who will pick up, and who else is allowed to. Decide how you'd like to hear about the day — a quick word at pickup, or a note. Tell us what works for your family.
The first weeks
The first days are often shorter, so your child can get used to the room. A familiar object from home — a small toy or blanket — can help. A teacher greets your child by name at the door. That greeting is the first anchor of the day.
At pickup, teachers tell you how the day went. What your child played with, what they ate, how they rested. It usually takes a week or two for a child to settle. Some children need longer, and that's normal. We'll keep you posted on how it's going.

How will I know how my child is doing?
Parents usually hear about the day at pickup. Teachers share what your child did, how they ate, and how they rested. If you have questions, you can always ask. We'll tell you what we can.
What if there is no place right now?
If we don't have a place right now, you can ask to be told when one opens for your child's age. We'll let you know when something comes up.
What should I ask on the tour?
